Riverside Nursery offers places for 3-5 year olds and is situated in Riverside Primary School. We are an early years unit and work closely with the Foundation Stage children which enables the older children to become good role-models for the younger children and allows different learning opportunities for all abilities. The Early Years Unit includes 3 classrooms and a nursery which includes 2 smaller rooms, a creative area and an excellent outside facility.
Today, we had a visit from our postman. We told him all about our learning this term, about 'people who help us'. We asked him lots of questions about his job and he even let us wear some of his work clothing. What a fantastic morning!
