Riverside Nursery offers places for 3-5 year olds and is situated in Riverside Primary School. We are an early years unit and work closely with the Foundation Stage children which enables the older children to become good role-models for the younger children and allows different learning opportunities for all abilities. The Early Years Unit includes 3 classrooms and a nursery which includes 2 smaller rooms, a creative area and an excellent outside facility.
We were very lucky today and had a visit from Nurse Ann. She spoke to the children about her job and how she makes people better. She also brought in some uniforms for the children to try on and some teddies to wrap in bandages!
