Riverside Nursery offers places for 3-5 year olds and is situated in Riverside Primary School. We are an early years unit and work closely with the Foundation Stage children which enables the older children to become good role-models for the younger children and allows different learning opportunities for all abilities. The Early Years Unit includes 3 classrooms and a nursery which includes 2 smaller rooms, a creative area and an excellent outside facility.
This morning the Nursery children made some pitta bread pizzas, they helped cut and prepare the ingredients, checked with the staff for allergies, made all of the pizza snacks and even washed up. They were delicious!
