This afternoon the Nursery children planted the beanstalks that we had been growing in school into the school's local plot. The children thoroughly enjoyed exploring the allotment where they learnt about how plants grow, where their food comes from and what plants require to be healthy enough to grow and produce food. The children all then had the opportunity to plant their beanstalk. We will be visiting again at a later date to look after our plants and record their growth/change. Thank you to all of the parents for ensuring your child always have names wellies in school to allow these kinds of trips to happen! Miss Palarm.
