Riverside Nursery offers places for 3-5 year olds and is situated in Riverside Primary School. We are an early years unit and work closely with the Foundation Stage children which enables the older children to become good role-models for the younger children and allows different learning opportunities for all abilities. The Early Years Unit includes 3 classrooms and a nursery which includes 2 smaller rooms, a creative area and an excellent outside facility.
Today, the Nursery children made some festive pudding rice crispy treats. The children learned about how and why things melt as they melted the chocolate and used excellent fine motor skills when decorating their puddings, well done all of you :)
