Riverside Nursery offers places for 3-5 year olds and is situated in Riverside Primary School. We are an early years unit and work closely with the Foundation Stage children which enables the older children to become good role-models for the younger children and allows different learning opportunities for all abilities. The Early Years Unit includes 3 classrooms and a nursery which includes 2 smaller rooms, a creative area and an excellent outside facility.
The children really enjoyed making cheesy pinwheels, they weighed out, mixed, rolled and tried the ingredients and thoroughly enjoyed the snack all together whilst listening to stories. Click on the pinwheel to see our baking pictures :)
