We made magic wands in our Nature Nursery session. The children started the session by listening to the "cinderella" story and talking about the fairy godmother using her wand to cast spells. The children then made their own wands by collecting sticks from the local woods and sticking ribbon to the end. They then ripped the ribbon into smaller strands to give the wand more magical powers.

Once made the children used their wands to cast spells on each other.
