Riverside Community Nursery School

Riverside Nursery offers places for 3-5 year olds and is situated in Riverside Primary School. We are an early years unit and work closely with the Foundation Stage children which enables the older children to become good role-models for the younger children and allows different learning opportunities for all abilities. The Early Years Unit includes 3 classrooms and a nursery which includes 2 smaller rooms, a creative area and an excellent outside facility.

Watery Friday

as we have been learning about water this week the children wanted to know more. We talked about how we use water and then did some experiments. We looked at water power and then we had a go at emptying a container just using our breath.
